Christian Delord Strategic Business Development at Ingenico Group

Christian joined Ingenico in 2015.
He is in charge of strategic business development within Ingenico Labs. His role is to lead technological and business partnerships related to the Labs’ innovations and IOT projects.
Christian has 15 years of successful experience in sales and business development within competitive and technological environments.
Before joining Ingenico, he spent 7 years at Bouygues Telecom. Starting as sales manager for ‘Les Kiosques’ (micropayment solution via premium SMS and mobile internet), he joined the M2M team in charge of the business development of M2M activity in the automotive, smart home and industry sectors. Christian participated in the creation of Objenious, an internal start-up deploying a mobile long-range and low-power network dedicated to connected devices. He initiated the Lora Alliance, an international association for the deployment of Lorawan technology, which counts today more than 500 members.
Christian is passionate about innovation serving business growth.

David Gebhardt Chief Revenue and Operating Officer of Ingenico ePayments

David Gebhardt is the Chief Revenue and Operating Officer of Ingenico ePayments, chairing the operational ExCo and responsible for taking the organization to the next level and driving its growth all over the world. He has been with Ingenico Group since early 2002, holding various roles including Vice-President for the European & African region, Managing Director for the French Market, and Head of Sales and Marketing for the EMEA Region. In these roles, Ingenico enjoyed significant growth and David led the charge, focusing on strategic clients/partners and developing additional services and cross/multi-channel activities, allowing Ingenico to extend its position as a global payment solutions and value-added services provider.

Gilles Brabant is responsible for strengthening and developing Ingenico ePayments France’s portfolio of clients and prospects. He draws on his recognized expertise in the payment and e-commerce sectors to support them in their transition to omnichannel.

Gilles Brabant, who joined Ingenico ePayments (formerly Ogone) in November 2012 as Senior Sales Manager, has a solid experience in managing client projects on a global scale. Since June 2015 Gilles leads the commercial team of Ingenico ePayments France who assist French merchants and partners in their national and international development.

Johan Been Vice President Client Operations, Ingenico ePayments

Johan is a seasoned professional in the payments industry with 25 years of experience and deep understanding of how customers’ needs have evolved over time. Johan joined Ingenico ePayments (formerly GlobalCollect) in 2013, responsible for the company’s operations and customer care strategy. In this role, he’s responsible for the Ingenico ePayments’ customer care strategy, and translating the strategy into workable, customer oriented solutions.

Prior to this, Johan was Chief Technology Officer at CCV, a leading European player in the card-present industry. During his time at Equens, Johan also held various other leadership roles in IT/Operations as well as Acquiring and Processing Services. His experience spans over the introduction of the Dutch online debit card system PIN, the Euro and later the introduction of EMV throughout Europe. Before his time at Equens, Johan also worked at Prolin and Hewlett Packard.

Johan Been holds a degree in Business Informatics from the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies in Amsterdam and he lives in Hilversum with his wife and two kids.

Joseph Leija General Manager, North America at Ingenico ePayments

Joseph Leija is General Manager, North America at Ingenico ePayments. He has over 20 years'​ generating top results in the banking and electronic payments industry and has worked with many of the top 100 global eCommerce merchants, enabling them to expand their businesses internationally. Before joining Ingenico ePayments, Leija worked with Sage Payment Services, helping to expand the company’s footprint among associations and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Prior to that, he was a Vice President with Chase Paymentech, running a team that consulted directly with merchants and supporting their global expansions. Earlier in his career, Leija worked for First Data, where he managed the Relationship Management team supporting T&E clients. In addition, Leija developed and supported the company’s international strategy. He has an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, and he currently lives in San Francisco with his family.
