Laurent Mayer Retail Product Manager / Ingenico Group

Laurent Mayer is in charge of Ingenico's retail product line, ranging from simple retail pinpads to multimedia signature devices. He oversaw the launch of our latest generation Tetra retail range.

Laurent Mayer joined Ingenico 13 years ago as a software developer, later advancing to project manager and program manager positions.  In 2014 he turned his focus to business by taking up the role of Retail Product Manager.

Laurent Mayer graduated in engineering in 2000.

Pierre-Antoine Vacheron EVP, Retail Business Unit / Ingenico Group

Pierre-Antoine has strong experience in both financial and operational management in international groups.

Pierre-Antoine Vacheron (1965) has been appointed EVP ePayments in October 2015.

He joined the group in 2009 as Financial Director before managing the Europe-SEPA zone in2011, leading Ingenico Group’s expansion towards payment services in the region. From January to September 2015 Mr. Vacheron  served as EVP Strategy, Performance & Finance. Mr. Vacheron had previously gained strong experience in both financial and operational management in international groups, working notably for Airbus Group and Alstom Marine. In 2006, he became director of Finance and Information at ETAM, subsequently improving his familiarity with distribution and client relations within a B to C environment.

Michel Léger EVP Innovation / Ingenico Group

Michel has over 25 years of international experience in electronic payments.

Michel Léger (1960) was appointed EVP Innovation in January 2015. He joined the Group in 2010 to take over management of the company’s EMEA segment and became EVP Marketing & Global Sales in 2013. He began his career with Schlumberger in 1985 where he was in charge of sales and marketing for the North American market. In 2003 he was named General Manager of the Payment Terminal Division for Axalto (ex Schlumberger) and held a similar position at Gemalto until 2009. He also helped develop Gemalto’s e-payment market on a global scale.

Gilles Brabant, who joined Ingenico ePayments (formerly Ogone) in November 2012 as Senior Sales Manager, has a solid experience in managing client projects on a global scale. Since June 2015 Gilles leads the commercial team of Ingenico ePayments France who assist French merchants and partners in their national and international development.

Nicolas Brand is responsible for developing and strengthening Ingenico Omnichannel payment solution across Europe. He draws on his recognized expertise in the retail, payment and e-commerce sectors to support Ingenico clients and prospects in their transition to omnichannel.

Nicolas Brand, who joined Ingenico mid 2012 as Omnichannel Product Manager, has a 15-year experience in payments and retail, with a strong focus on omnichannel payments in the past years. Since 2014, Nicolas leads the omnichannel business development team, who assist European merchants and partners in increasing their sales, improving customer experience, making savings and understanding better their consumers.

Robert Martin Vice President of Security Solutions, North America / Ingenico Group

Dr. Robert Martin serves as Vice President of Security Solutions, North America / Ingenico Group. Dr. Martin is active within the industry security bodies such as PCI and has been involved in the technical and product end of the payments business since 2000. Prior to joining Ingenico Group, he had been leading the terminal and mobile product line of business at Apriva. He also led the North American software group at Hypercom from 2001 to 2006 and managed global application development. 

Dr. Martin earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
